A BMI member, Singer/Songwriter "Helen DeBaker-Vorce aka Helen DeBaker" has been writing and singing music since the age of 13 years old.

She has a CD of original songs called, Helen DeBaker "My Music" 

It can be streamed and purchased on many internet music sites, such as, Cdbaby, Spotify, Amazon, Phapsody, Itunes and more.

Helen, Also has many other single songs she has written, that are distributed through

Cdbaby, to all online music sites.

Her song, "Away From Home Soldiers" on my CD, was voted "Top Pick" on Military radio.

The album was produced by Mike Johnson Productions, Don Reed Productions, Panda Productions(Dale Drillings) Hendersonville, Tenn., Kitty Wells Recording Studio(The Junction) Madison, Tenn. and NorthStar Recording Studio(Jerry Kippola) Marquette, Mich.

In, 1991, Helen was signed with Bakersfield Records, Bakersfield, California and Wunder Publishing(Kevin Pugh) Stevensville, Texas, but at this time is an independent artist.

She has participated in many country music singing contest throughout her career and won 1st place awards performing at the, "Wrangler Country Showdown"  for her singing and songwriting talents.

Helen has worked behind, opened and performed with country stars such as, Wade Hayes,  David Frizzel, Jim Glaser, Michael Twitty, Tommy Cash, The Bellamy Brothers, Ernest Tubb, Earl Thomas Conley, Ricky Van Sheldon, Ronnie Prophet and Glory-Anne Prophet, T. Graham Brown, Dickey Lee, Billie Joe Royal, Helen Cornelius,  George Hamilton IV and more.

In Jan. 10,  2012, Helen appeared on the "Shot Gun Red Variety Show"  on the, "General Jackson Showboat" with "Steve Hall,  in Nashville Tenn..

The show was aired on RFD T.V., into 44 million homes and reached  a million and a  half viewers nationwide on Dish and Direct T.V. networks all across the country.

Through her years of entertaining she has performed at rodeo's, Casino's, fairs, festivals, honky tonks, weddings, outdoor concerts and numerous halls including the, "Grand Ole Opry".

In 2009 , Helen was inducted into the "Michigans Country Music Hall of Fame and has worked as a singer and musician with the, "Michigan Country Music "Hall of Fame" Band.

 In Mar.2023, Helen signed a publishing contract with 

KWS Blank Canvas Music Publishing/Kringle & Co., A company out of UK/New York, for her song, “I Love it at Christmas Time”.

This song is a lifetime contract and part of the, Evergreen Project.

“I Love it at Christmas Time” will be added to "Christmas Classics Album, Vol.4 in 2024.

The song is being placed  in a catalogue of Christmas music for sync consideration with Hallmark and other music placement opportunities.

Also, she signed a contract with," Compigram" a company located in the Netherlands, for

her song,  “ Heart of Yours”.

That song  was recently added to a compilation album called, Soft Country & Folk Mix

At this time, Helen and her husband, Lead guitarist, Phil Vorce  play Clubs, Casino's, Festivals and Fairs, with their Band.
